Returns/refunds
US Domestic Customers
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE ONWARD SHIPPING COVERAGE, WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH THEM TO PROTECT YOUR ORDERS. IF YOU DO NOT USE IT, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO HELP YOU IN THE EVENT OF ANY ISSUES. THIS GIVES YOU ADDITIONAL COVERAGE FOR 30 DAYS.
You can return your item/s for up to 30 days after they have been delivered. You must declare and send your items within 30 days of delivery. A return label will be provided for you free of charge for manual skateboards only, provided your request meets the previously stated conditions. All returned items are subject to inspection once received in our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days after the return tracking shows as delivered for a refund to be initiated. Provided all declared items are returned, you will receive a 100% refund, minus any shipping costs and/or tips you purchased at checkout. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (or other payment method, such as PayPal).
Electric Scooters: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund. The scooter must be in like-new condition, free from any signs of use, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Any damages or issues outside the manufacturer’s warranty, such as those due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications, may result in a deduction from your refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs are customer responsibility, and we recommend using our return portal. If you choose not to use our return portal, please be aware that processing times for your refund may be significantly longer, and we cannot guarantee the shipping or safe arrival of your returned scooter. Once we receive and inspect the scooter, we will process your refund, minus any applicable deductions + shipping + a restocking fee, to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You are responsible for ensuring safe packaging of your return to avoid damage in transit (we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging). Items are not eligible for return or refund after the 14-day window.
Cancellations: We process orders daily, transmitting them to our fulfillment center every morning (Mountain Standard Time). To cancel an order, you’ll need to submit your request on the same day the purchase is made. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will need to be returned in line with our standard return policy. If you’d like to cancel your order, please fill out our cancellation request form by following the cancellation instructions lower on this page. NOTE: Any order that has been sent to the warehouse will incur a $20 restocking fee. Any orders requested to cancel that have tracking applied will incur an additional $30 handling fee.
Final Sale Items: Spare parts and VibeRide-branded merchandise are non-returnable and considered final sale. Accessories and upgrades can be returned, provided they remain unused.
Address Changes: Address modifications must be requested on the same day the order is placed. Requests made later cannot be guaranteed to be updated before the order is processed.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your unused scooter must be sent back in NEW CONDITION in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order.
Damaged Scooters: Scooters that are improperly packaged and sustain damage during return shipping will incur repair fees and shipping costs, making them ineligible for a return.
Returns: Once a shipping label has been issued, the order will be treated as a return incurring restocking fees.
non us/international Customers
You can return your item/s for up to 30 days after they have been delivered (omit scooters). You must declare and send your items within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs and arranging return shipment. All returned items are subject to inspection once received in our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days after the return tracking shows as delivered for a refund to be initiated. Provided all declared items are returned, you will receive a 100% refund, minus any shipping costs and/or tips you purchased at checkout. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (or other payment method, such as PayPal).

Edit or Cancel an order
You can cancel your order for up to 8 hours after placing it. Outside of this window, you cannot cancel or edit an order, nor can our support team cancel or edit the order.
You cannot directly edit an order. To change your order, cancel it first and then go through the checkout process with the correct order.
To cancel an order within the 8-hour cancellation window, follow these steps:
1. Open your order confirmation email.
2. Click on the "View Your Order" button.
3. On the status page, click on "Cancel Order". This will only be available within 8 hours of placing your order.
4. Select a cancellation reason and click on "Yes, Proceed". You will receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation, and a refund will appear back to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you have changed your mind outside of the 8-hour window, you will need to submit a return once you receive your order as it is no longer possible to cancel it.
exchanges
All orders are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the delivery of your order. All exchanges are subject to a quality inspection once received in our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days after the return tracking shows as delivered for your new item to be fulfilled. Exhange items are subject to the same conditions as return items, for both US and International customers.
