Standard fulfillment info
All standard orders will be shipped the following business day after placing your order. All orders are shipped from our Utah warehouse via your chosen shipping method. Please note that the shipping times quoted at checkout are reflections of the carrier company transit windows and may experience delays. Transit delays are unfortunately out of our control; therefore, we do not guarantee that your order will arrive within the quoted number of days.
If your tracking info displays a delay, please contact the carrier company and/or allow for a few extra days' transit.
Shipping Insurance with Onward
At VibeRide, we offer Onward Shipping Insurance to provide added protection for your order during transit. Onward covers potential risks such as loss, theft, or damage to your package once it leaves our warehouse.Customers who opt for Onward Shipping Insurance are entitled to comprehensive coverage for any unforeseen issues during shipment. This ensures that any claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages are handled directly by VibeRide, and you will be eligible for a full replacement or refund.
Please Note: Orders placed without Onward Shipping Insurance are shipped at the customer’s risk. While we will assist in providing tracking information and order details, once your package is in transit, VibeRide is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during shipping. Any claims regarding delivery must be addressed directly with the carrier company. By opting out of Onward Shipping Insurance, you acknowledge that VibeRide assumes no liability for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
Sale Fulfillment Info
We may occasionally run large-scale store sales, such as Black Friday weekend. Please note that we expect significant delays in our fulfillment times during these sale periods. We ask for your patience and understanding for any delays you may experience.
lost, stolen or damaged in transit
To be eligible for coverage against lost or damaged items in transit, you must purchase an insured shipping option at checkout. If you have purchased insurance and your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it for free. If your item arrives damaged, we will require photo evidence and may ask that you return the item back to us.
Once an item has been delivered by the shipping company to your property, it is your responsibility to receive it and/or provide a safe place to prevent theft. Insurance doesn't cover stolen items.
Please note, if you do not purchase an insured shipping option at checkout, you do so at your own risk as this order will not be covered if it is lost or damaged in transit.
